Kripalu means 'compassion', and the practice cultivates non-judgmental awareness, linking breath with mindful movement. Students are encouraged to trust and meet the inner needs and wisdoms of their bodies through gentle exploration and attunement to their inner experience and practice at a pace that feels true & authentic in the present moment.
