A Little About Me...

IMG_7742_websize_edited.jpg

"My therapeutic approach is grounded in compassionate, mindfulness-based practices that integrate somatic, body-centered techniques, including yoga and embodied practices. I emphasize a bottom-up orientation, engaging the body and lived experience as an entryway to transformation, rather than relying exclusively on top-down, cognitive analytical methods. This allows for the release of burdens and the emergence of greater freedom, vitality, and presence. I incorporate memory reconsolidation methods, nervous system techniques such as polyvagal theory, and psychedelic-assisted therapies to help address traumatic events that draw upon the natural healing intelligence, always with the conviction that each individual is their own healer. I see myself in my role as a practitioner as someone who provides a safe container, which then naturally allows one's own"inner wisdom" to guide and lead the authentic healing process, rather than being the "expert in the room". Through the lens of Internal Family Systems and attachment-based frameworks, I support clients in cultivating deeper relationships & connection with Self, to significant others, and to the broader experience of belonging within this world and the mystery of life."
